Enable Location Access to Use the Map
To show your position on the map, your device and browser need permission to use your location. If the map can’t detect your location or you see a geolocation error, follow the steps below.
iPhone & iPad (Apple)
Make sure Location Services are enabled and that your browser or app has permission to access your location.
Android
Turn on location on your device and allow location access for your browser or app (and “Precise location” if available).
Quick tips
- Refresh the page after enabling location access.
- Check your browser’s site location permissions (Safari/Chrome settings).
